Seit mehr als 15 Jahren fotografiere ich für GEO Epoche, das Magazin für Geschichte. Sehr oft war ich für den berühmten Bildessay verantwortlich, der fotografisch auf mehreren Doppelseiten in das jeweilige Heft-Thema einführt.

GEO Epoche, das Magazin für Geschichte berichtet in den Heften über unterschiedliche Aspekte der Weltgeschichte, von der Entstehung der menschlichen Zivilisation bis zu Themen aus der Gegenwart. Wie stellt man Geschichte dar, wie kann man eine längst versunkene Kultur oder altbekannte Bauten anders fotografieren? Diese Fragen stehen am Anfang jeder Bildidee.
