Icelandic landscapes

Landscapes of fire and ice

I have long been fascinated by landscapes that are subject to constant change. When I first came to Iceland, I photographed the traces of the Vikings who settled Iceland. These photographs show landscapes that were created by fire, water and ice. An interplay that interests me photographically and geologically.
